Noisy surroundings - tramways and buses could be disruptive, especially for rooms facing the street. Uncomfortable mattresses - not as comfortable as expected, which affected the quality of sleep.

I had a wonderful time staying at Meraviglia in Rome. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early and providing us with a map of the city's attractions. They even took the time to explain the public transport system to us, which was very useful. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning and towel changes as needed. The location was perfect, with public transport stops just a short walk away. It was an excellent value for the price, and I highly recommend it.

He was so friendly and promptly fixed the issue, even though it was early in the morning.
